Biblical Insights into the Specific Profiles of Diabetes 1 and Lupus and Their Possible Spiritual Roots
There is a kingdom that is able to access our biology but it needs our permission and agreement. This is the cause of every spiritually rooted disease. We need to learn how to recognize those elements of the enemy’s kingdom in our own lives so that we can root them out and remove them. Let’s look at the specific profiles of diabetes 1 and lupus so we can understand where they come from and how to overcome them in our lives.
We need to know and understand how God thinks and line our way of thinking up with His. That is the key to a properly functioning and healthy spirit, soul, and body. We were designed, from creation, to operate optimally when we are in alignment with God’s image. The Word says that we were created in His image.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27 KJV
In the area of autoimmune diseases, the enemy is able to alter the function of our immune system so that he can cause the fighter cells, the white corpuscles, to target parts of a person’s biology rather than the real invading organisms that they were designed to fight.
Diabetes 1:
Diabetes 1 is a true autoimmune disease because it involves a spirit of infirmity reprogramming the white corpuscles to target the pancreatic islets. The pancreatic islets are responsible for producing and releasing insulin and other enzymes that help the body digest and process food. So when the white corpuscles attack the pancreatic islets, they are not able to produce the insulin that is necessary to help moderate a person’s blood glucose levels, thus causing Diabetes 1.
So what is the root issue behind Diabetes 1 and what sets it apart from Diabetes 2?
Diabetes 2 is not an actual disease but rather, it is a syndrome. This means that there is nothing biologically wrong with the pancreas but that it is responding to a person’s spiritual condition. In this case, there is often a fear, anxiety and stress issue and the symptoms are heightened when a person is under excessive stress or pressure.
In Diabetes 1, the white corpuscles are actually causing biological damage to the pancreatic islets. Essentially, your body has decided that the pancreatic islets are the invader and need to be eliminated. Obviously, your body can’t come to this conclusion on its own; there is something intelligent behind this that is directing this malfunction. The Bible calls it a spirit of infirmity; it is part of the driving force behind all autoimmune diseases. In order for a person to be free from an autoimmune disease, not only do they need to recognize the specific thought patterns that are causing the issue but they also need to be delivered from a spirit of infirmity.
The door points for Diabetes 1 usually occur in childhood. Perhaps a person was born into a spiritually toxic or unhealthy environment. It could be that one or both of their parents would not or just did not know how to properly love, care for and nurture them as a child. As a result, they reject themselves because they have been rejected.
The person is brought up wondering why they aren’t lovable or acceptable. They don’t feel like they belong or fit in and perhaps they don’t see their own purpose. As a result, they open themselves up to a spirit of infirmity. In the case of a small child with diabetes 1, there would be a generational iniquity that has predisposed them to this type of biological breakdown.
The Word says that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he:
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he… Proverbs 23:7 KJV
The spiritual issues behind Diabetes 1 are often inherited; these specific spirits have affected the members of a person’s family for generations. That’s why their parents probably didn’t know how to love and nurture them properly, they probably never were either, neither were their parents before them.
The truth that we can stand on is that Father God has not rejected us, in fact, the Word says that we are accepted in the beloved. Each one of us is an essential part of creation and of the body of Christ.
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Ephesians 1:6 KJV
Lupus:
In Lupus, the immune system is influenced by a spirit of infirmity to attack the connective tissue of the organ.
Our organs are the core of our biology; you could say that they are the essence of who we are physically. Our organs are easily affected by our thoughts.
In Lupus, the primary issue is guilt. Guilt is a devious spirit that negates the work of Jesus at the cross, in our lives. It tells us that we aren’t forgiven or forgivable. It’ll bring up our past or present failures and holds them over our heads.
Life comes when a person lets themselves off the hook. When they can receive God’s forgiveness and believe what God says about them rather than what the enemy accuses them of. Guilt always comes with a spirit of accusation towards our self. Here’s what the Word of God says:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 KJV
Then in Psalm 103, it expresses just how far God removes our sin from us:
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Psalm 103:11-12 KJV
It’s time to be freed from the struggle with yourself. You can be free from the spiritual bondage and physical bondage of auto-immune disease.
